Smart, skilled and invisible: how to get seen by the people who decide your career

Live masterclass for founders, senior executives and ambitious professionals who want clients, investors and recruiters to come to them.

Live online: 12 October 2026, 12:00 PM EDT / 5 PM BST

Q4 is when careers and companies are made

Promotion season is here. Decisions about who moves up are being made now, often before anyone applies.

Budgets are being spent. This is the busiest buying season of the year and the best window to sign big client deals.

The opportunities won't go to the smartest or most dedicated people. They'll go to the people the decision-makers already see and recognise: investors, clients and bosses.

In this class, you'll learn how to be seen as an expert in your field, so opportunities come to you.

  • Stand out as the go-to expert in your field, so you can charge more and choose your clients
  • Get found by recruiters, investors and customers, before they start looking elsewhere
  • Make the power dynamic work for you: be the one being pursued, not the one chasing
  • Be the expert AI recommends, not your less qualified competitor

We will cover:

  1. What top founders, executives and investors do to sign deals and land top roles, and how they built their personal brands
  2. What executive recruiters, investors and buyers check before they call you, and how to pass that test in 30 seconds
  3. The visibility playbook for people who hate self-promotion: how to build authority without posting daily or sounding like an influencer
  4. Why this matters even more in the age of AI: ChatGPT already has a shortlist of experts in your field. Here's how to be on it.

A founder who got herself into the FT, Forbes and HBR, without a PR agency, will show you her playbook in 60 minutes, just in time for Q4.
