A focused strategy session built to bring precision and clarity to whatever you're facing right now — a decision, a pivot, a launch, or a reinvention. Anyone can build a version of what you're building; that was never the hard part. What's rare is the judgement to know what's worth building, and the positioning to be trusted with it before you've proven anything. That's what these two hours are for.

Before we meet, homework and my own research get me up to speed on you and your work — so the full session goes straight to the problem, not context-setting. In the room, we tackle the actual question, and I tell you what I really think, not the diplomatic version.
